To register as a delegate please complete the registration form below

Cost per delegate:

TSA members; £83.33 (+ 20% vat £16.67) = £100.00 (£105.00 when paid by credit /debit card)

Non-TSA members; £104.17 (+ 20% vat £20.83) = £125.00 (£130.00 when paid by credit /debit card)

Please indicate the method of payment on the registration form.

In the case of a credit /debit card payment the option to enter your card details will appear after submission of this form. Card payment may be made for multiple delegates, please list additional delegates in Comments / Additional Info box.
Please include your purchase order number in the Comments / Additional Info box if you wish it to appear on your invoice.

Confirmation / joining instructions will be sent to you on receipt of this form.

Cancellations received up to and including 14 days before the event will incur an administration fee of 20% of the cost. Less than 14 days before the event will incur a 100% cancellation fee. A substitute delegate can be accepted at any time.
